JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the organizational goals and objectives by leading, implementing, and managing all marketing and communications tasks from strategy and concept, to implementation and validation;
• Develop brand positioning while determine target customers, and create strategic marketing strategies with precise goals for various channels and segments;
• Develop monthly reports for GD, annual marketing strategies with clear objectives, and budgets;
• Build effective plans for all targeted markets by analyzing clients' insights, market analysis, competitive analysis, and marketing best practices;
• Develop, manage, and conduct analytics reporting across different platforms to extract critical insights for future campaign creation and go-to-market strategies, as well as come up with suggestions and formal proposals on tactics;
• Make strategic cooperation plan with potential firms;
• Manage and implement email marketing, which includes copywriting and designing;
• Deploy and manage integrated marketing campaigns, which include physical events, activations, paid digital content, and other tasks;
• Monitor and evaluate ROI of marketing/ digital channels with relevant stakeholders. Prepare and implement consistent internal communication activities;
• Manage Marketing team includes recruiting and training new team members;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
• At least 4 years of work experience in Marketing for IT Software Industry. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager;
• Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with SEO, web analytics, Google AdWords, CRM software, webinars;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English);
• Dynamic: energetic and eager to face challenges;
• Flexible: respond quickly to rapid changes and growth;
• Leadership: lead and motivate team members and get the job done;
• Ownership: be proactive and strive for excellence;
• Innovative: be well informed about current marketing trends and initiatives;
