I. ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Global Marketing Senior/Manager to drive our brand repositioning and develop a scalable international lead generation engine.
This is a strategic role, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, with full ownership in building and scaling the Marketing team from the ground up.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. System Development & Brand Strategy

  • Lead the restructuring of the company website toward an industry-based approach (Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Define and maintain a consistent brand positioning across international markets
  • Redesign the customer journey to optimize Visitor → Lead conversion
  • Select and integrate Marketing Automation tools, CRM systems, and tracking solutions

B.  Lead Generation & Inbound Marketing

  • Build and standardize case studies; develop industry-based and solution-oriented content
  • Execute inbound marketing strategies (SEO, content funnel, whitepapers)
  • Establish data mining systems to analyze user behavior and generate MQLs
  • Manage budget and implement paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, remarketing)
  • Participate in early-stage client engagement and handover to Sales

C. Team Management & Development

  • Build and operate the Marketing foundation, working with Content, Design, and Development teams
  • Recruit and grow the Marketing team (3–5 members)
  • Develop reporting systems to track key metrics (Lead volume, Conversion Rate, CPL, MQL)
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors

III. REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience & Expertise: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
    • 4–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing (IT outsourcing, SaaS preferred)
    • Experience in B2B content (case studies, solution pages, content funnel)
    • Understanding of B2B website operations and working with Designers/Developers
    • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools
  • Skills & Tools:
    • Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEO tools
    • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
    • Strong English proficiency

IV. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Compensation: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and performance. (Gross salary per month + performance-based business bonuses).
  • Salary review twice per year based on performance and contribution.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday (off on Saturdays and Sundays) + annual leave in accordance with the current Labour Law.
