JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Sourcing suitable candidates based on requirements for non-technical and technical candidates;
  • Prepare candidate pools/database to adapt with annual recruitment needs of respective functions;
  • Be actively involved in communication with candidates during the recruitment process;
  • Proactively promote the company’s work environment and career opportunities on social media and other networks (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.);
  • Support the successful recruitment and onboarding of new staff and responsible for full employee lifecycle;
  • Support various key HR projects;
  • Request and follow outsourced staff;
  • Collaborate in the development of active hiring approaches using headhunting methods to enhance team efficiency on the matter;
  • Conduct surveys and update the recruitment status in the market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Good verbal & written English and Vietnamese;
  • Strong recruiting skills & candidates network (composing job description, sourcing and selecting top-tier candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...;);
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources management, or other related fields;
  • 3+ years of experience in HR for IT industry;
  • Be proficient with Microsoft office or related software;
  • Be proficient in HR tools and talent management systems;
  • Good knowledge of Labor laws and regulations is preferable;
  • Strong ability of multi-task, and be detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently or work well in teamwork.
